Our Goal is to provide you with a pleasant, safe, and secure experience. We provide 5-Star Service!

Autographs

All autographed signatures appearing on our products are authentic and legitimate.

Certificates of Authenticity

Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) issued by the artists will be sent with their prints. For all other items, upon request, we will gladly provide you with a COA written personally by Vic Elford certifying the authenticity of his signature and the signatures of his friends, as he collected these himself.

Purchasing Policies

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards through our secure check out.

We also accept PayPal payments. If you would like to use PayPal, please email your detailed order to us along with your PayPal email address, and we will send a PayPal invoice.

We will also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks for US Dollars. US Dollars and Euros will be accepted in cash sent by registered mail.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

We ship World-wide.

Shipping and Handling

The Buyer pays for all shipping charges.

International mail is "AIR MAIL" or "PRIORITY" used at our discretion.

Express Mail is available upon request for an additional fee.

Registered Mail is available upon request for an additional $10.15.

Courier services such as UPS, DHL or FEDEX are available by request and paid by the buyer.

Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. Please add $3.30 per $100 value for insurance charges. NOTE: We strongly urge you to purchase sufficient insurance to cover any damage or loss to your item. We cannot and will not be responsible for damage to or loss of items shipped without insurance sufficient to cover the entire purchase price.

In the event of loss or damage in shipping, you will be provided with copies of the documents related to your shipment, and instructions for processing your insurance claim.

Sales Tax

The State of Florida requires us to collect 6% sales taxes on orders shipped to Florida.

Customer Service and Return Policy

Requests for returns will always be given the attention they deserve.

If a product is defective it will be replaced without prejudice to the buyer. We are not responsible for damage or defects caused by shipping (see shipping and handling above for information.)

If for any reason you change your mind, your purchase can be returned for exchange or refund but a 20% re-stocking fee will be retained and the item must be returned in MINT & perfect condition within 7 days.

When returning an item, please carefully re-package the item in the original shipping container. We strongly urge you to purchase sufficient insurance to cover any subsequent damage or loss. We cannot and will not be responsible for damage to or loss of items sent back to us without insurance sufficient to cover the entire purchase price. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Privacy

Your information will be treated in confidence, and no details will be passed on to third parties.

Once your order has shipped, your information will not be stored in our system.

We will not disclose any information unless required by law to do so.
